As I continue developing my skills and preparing for future leadership roles in the human services field, I have set clear short-term and long-term goals to guide my professional journey:
Short-Term Goals

Complete a meaningful internship that allows me to support individuals and families in a clinical, community, or healthcare setting.

Strengthen my case management, care planning, and documentation skills, especially using systems like PointClickCare and interdisciplinary collaboration tools.

Expand my understanding of client-centered care by working closely with licensed professionals across disciplines, including admissions, therapy, and nursing teams.

Develop strong professional relationships with mentors and colleagues to learn from experienced practitioners in the field.
Long-Term Goals

Earn a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and obtain clinical licensure to serve individuals, families, and communities with a higher level of support and expertise.
